The space Our thoughtfully and architecturally designed apartment features: Bedroom 1: A luxurious bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Electric blankets are provided for a bed time treat during the colder months. There is an ensuite bathroom and walk in robe attached to this bedroom. Bedroom 2: One comfortable queen-sized bed with electric blanket and built in storage complete this spacious bedroom. Bedroom 3: One comfortable queen-sized bed, also with electric blankets and wardrobe storage. Living Area: A huge open-plan living space with floor to ceiling windows looking across to Mount Wellington and Hobart. The space is furnished with a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Double Murphy Bed: The living area includes a convenient double Murphy bed—ideal for extra guests or flexible sleeping arrangements. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine and all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. Bathroom 1: A clean, modern and well-maintained bathroom stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Bathroom 2: A large ensuite bathroom attached to the main bedroom - clean and modern with deep soaker bath, toilet and walk in shower. Dining Area: A dining table comfortably seating eight guests. Expansive Outdoor Living Area: A sheltered deck with beautiful mountain views - perfect for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or an evening glass of wine. Rooftop Open-Air Bath: A private outdoor bath where you can soak under the stars—a truly special experience to complete your stay. Full Laundry: Equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board - perfect for longer stays or freshening up during your trip. Extra Bedding: we have a single rollaway bed available on request, allowing the apartment to comfortably sleep up to nine guests. There is also a porta cot included. The apartment boasts contemporary décor, ample natural light, and a welcoming ambiance that will make you feel right at home. Other things to note Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 2PM, and check-out is by 10AM. No Smoking: The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Laundry: Full laundry facilities are provided inside the apartment for your convenience. Accessibility: The apartment is located on the second/top floor, and accessible by lift or stairs making it accessible for guests with mobility considerations. Parking: We off free undercover parking on site with a height clearance of 2.4m, and free parking in the street available for larger vehicles.
