Tall ceilings make this Airbnb feel larger than life, a fully equipped kitchen is great for dinners at home, or visit the Michelin Star Awarded Kasama just 3 buildings away from here The space Upon entering the Airbnb, you'll step into a living room with a charming old-school ambiance that feels both cozy and comfortable. The abundance of natural light flooding the space will instantly make you feel happy and at home. If needed, the pull-out couch can accommodate two people, and the 55-inch TV is perfect for streaming your favorite shows or movies. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy everything from your morning coffee and breakfast to lunch and dinner. All appliances and cabinets are brand new, as this Airbnb has recently undergone remodeling. In the spacious master bedroom, you'll find a small walk-in closet for your luggage and clothes. The queen-size bed features a new mattress that ensures a comfortable sleep for two. The second bedroom has a single/twin bed. It sleeps one person. This bedroom has a window, door and closet with a nightstand. Its a small space. Please look at the pictures carefully. The full bathroom features a stand-up shower and provides all the necessities you need to get ready for a night out on the town. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. None of the spaces are shared with other guests or other people. You will be sent check-in instructions the day before your check-in. The itinerary also has step-by-step instructions for you as well, with a video link for you to watch how to check-in, and pictures. We have a check in time of 5:00 pm which gives us a cushion in case we run into unexpected issues with the turnover process. Prior guests leaves late without permission, excessive clean up, or maintenance issues etc. Although this is rare it does happen. The vast majority of the time, out of the hundreds of check ins we do a month we get 98% into our Airbnbs early, and we offer free luggage drop off as another option as well. All late check outs come with a $50 service fee. We have multiple same day turnovers and the cleaners need time to adequately turnover the Airbnb and be prepared for unexpected issues that may arise. It also requires added time and effort to rearrange the cleaning schedule. All late check-out requests must be put in 2 days prior to your check-out date. Any late check-out request that is put in on short notice will come with a $100 service fee. Please reach out with any questions or concerns that relate to this.
