Quiet and bright apartment.

You can enjoy a new 60 m² air-conditioned apartment with independent entrance, in a quiet area (village of 130 inhabitants with a pond and forest 50 m away). The accommodation is in an extension of our house, which has just been completed, it is independent of our house. All furniture and amenities are brand new. The accommodation is for 5 people (160 bed, sofa bed and 1 90 bed). 5 minutes from exit 5 of the A36, close to the bike path. The space The accommodation is 60 m². It is air conditioned. The entry is independent. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and Senseo coffee maker. If you need anything else like a raclette or other appliance, please let me know, if I have it I can lend it to you! The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower, vanity unit with storage and illuminated mirror. Large storage spaces are located in the attic. Regarding beds, 5 people can sleep there. There is a 160 x 200 bed, the 90 x 190 child bed is in a space under the slope and is easily movable to be put in the living room area. The sofa is a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a space in our garden to have their meals or just relax in the sun loungers. Upon arrival, you will have your beds made and towels will be at your disposal.
