Relaxing place in the forest

Welcome to our summer cottage. Suitable for the whole family. Perfect for those of you who like forest walks, cycling and being in nature. 1.5 km to the swimming lake. Your dog is welcome and parts of the plot are fenced with about 50 cm high, simpler fence. 4 beds and bathroom (renovated 2024) in the main building and 2 beds in a separate guest house. Large terrace overlooking a small lake (no swimming). The place is in the middle of Skåne, with many destinations within an hour. Nearest community with shops about 15 minutes by car. The space The bedrooms are small and cozy. In bedrooms 1 and 3, the beds are 80 cm wide. Bedroom 3 is in a separate guest house on the property. There's no water or toilet. The kitchen is also small but efficient and has everything you need. Most of the time indoors, you spend on the porch with lovely light, where the dining area is also located. There is a level difference between the porch and the rest of the house. In the living room, you can enjoy a fire if it is cooler one evening. You can hear the trains on the railway when you sit outside, but we don't think it bothers us. There are neighbors, but not as you can see from the house. There is a charcoal grill and a fireplace. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and property Other things to note There are 3 bicycles (adult) to borrow. In the swimming lake 1.5 km away, there is a boat for rent. Adult life jackets are located in the house. The drinking water has approved quality, but some taste.
