Located on a dead-end road and is within walking distance to the center of Wilmington. 10 minute drive to the Hermitage, 15 minutes to Mount Snow, 35 minutes to Stratton mountain, less than 15 minutes to several swimming, boating, hiking and snowmobiling locations. 30 minute drive to Bennington and Brattleboro VT The space the first room you enter in the home is the kitchen, from there you have the laundry, main bathroom, and master bedroom to your left. to your right you come to the dining room which has a dedicated office space and is connected to the living room by two sliding room divider doors. The living room has enough seating for 6 people, a large flat screen TV, plenty of natural light, and wonderful views. The second bedroom is just off of the dining room and has its own private half bath. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and property, except the cellar and sheds.
