Spacious 24 m2 bedroom, located on the 1st floor, with a double bed (140 x 190) with sitting area. In the closet you will find: - shelf and wardrobe, - baby cot and changing table. For organizational reasons, access to the kitchen is no longer allowed but I have installed appliances in the bedroom for meals: microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, kettle and dishes (to be cleaned after use). Water, coffee, tea and sugar available. The space House dating from the 19th century, built in granite stone typical of the region with almost all parquet floors. Closed courtyard that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Guest access Convenience stores within walking distance. Plan to eat if you plan to check in after 8 p.m. Being in the countryside, the convenience store will be closed and restaurants may not accept last-minute bookings. 600 m away, food truck: * pizzas: Sunday evenings, * kebab: Friday evenings, * Fish & chips: 1 Thursday/month, * Kouillère - Rôtisserieles: Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings. Friday morning: market with fishmonger, cheesemaker, and market gardener. Shops: Crédit Agricole ATM, GammVert, Carrefour Express, bakery, 2 tobacco shops, restaurants, bar-deli, florist, flea market, 2 hairdressing salons, post office... Chénérailles is also well served by medical services: doctor, several home nursing offices, pharmacy, pedicure-podiatry office and a taxi-ambulance company. Forest and swimming pond with beach 2 km away, as well as a fishing pond. During your stay I will welcome you in person and will remain available depending on my schedule.
