The space This house is located in Soi Ramkhamhaeng 24 intersection 40. Just walking 2mins to ABAC University. Newly renovated townhome, designed for family and group of friend. When you arrive the house, go up stair to open the entrance door. And then go to the 3rd floor. You will see the rooms on your left and right. 1st floor - laundry machine and drying machine 3st floor - The rooms are on this floor. Unit2 (SD2) has one queen size and one bunk bed. Unit3 (SD3) has one queen size bed and one sofa bed in the living room. The house is surrounded by grocery store and restaurant which you can buy drinks and food. Guest access Please inform the real amount of guests. So we could provide the towels and bedding sets for the guests. Other things to note - no parking lot. - washing machine and drying machine are for shared. - small pet is allowed. (need to inform the details in advance, and after reservation send the photo and pay deposit first for damage) - no smoking in the house, or FINED THB5000 - forget keycard inside the room and need the staff to open the door, FINED THB1000 - accidentally lock the room doors and need the staff to open the door, FINED THB500 - lost or damage keycard, FINED THB1000 For staying 5 days or more, there's electric charge THB8/unit.
