The space The House consists of: A charming veranda where you can have breakfast and admire the sea while sitting comfortably at a handmade wooden table from Puglia. A spacious courtyard where you will find a large and modern outdoor shower, a long 10-seater table, a relaxation area with a comfortable two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and loungers to relax in the enveloping Mediterranean climate. A large dining area and a beautiful open-plan kitchen complete with all supplies (kettle, coffee moka pot, immersion blender, refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner gas stove, pots, and cutlery). 3 comfortable bedrooms, accommodating a total of 8 people, where you can relax and rest in privacy and serenity. 2 complete private bathrooms, both inside and outside the house, equipped with all sanitary facilities and essential services and accessories. A spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and TV. Guest access Services and Welcome Personalized Check-in: The apartment has two private entrances. Upon your arrival, I will personally welcome you for a tour of the house and provide any useful tips about the area. Free Parking: A non-private parking space is available right next to the main entrance.
