Villa with sauna on the banks of the Pärnu River

Pärnu River Villa is located on the picturesque banks of the Pärnu River, which is a pleasant place to relax for families, couples, friends, enjoying the sauna, water pleasures in the Pärnu River and hot tub, and lounging on the sunny terrace enjoying the river view. In case of windy or rainy weather, the glazed terrace protects against surprises. Pärnu Beach and the city center are 7 km away. There is safe parking for cars in the yard. You can also come by boat. The space Pärnu Jõe Villa is a small, two-bedroom dwelling, which was completed in 2021. The experience (45 m2) is located in an open kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, shower room-WC, steam room and glazed terrace (18 m2). One bedroom has a double bed with a width of 1.4 m, the other bedroom has two beds with a width of 80 cm. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. Blankets, pillows, bed linen and towels are included in the price for guests. Above the bedrooms there is a roofed platform that can be accessed via a pull-out staircase. In the kitchen there are basic tools for cooking, dishes and glasses. There is also the necessary equipment - fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, induction cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Coffee beans, tea, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper are available. Air conditioning is available in the open kitchen-living room. The shower room has a washing machine, a shower corner with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. In the cabinet you will find a hairdryer and washing capsules. The steam room has an electric heater and a view onto the river of Pärnu from the window. Under the window of the steam room there is a hot tub with lighting and air bubbles, the use of which is by agreement and for an additional fee. Extra charge of 80 euros per stay. Next to the house is a roof, where it is nice to be in the shade on a hot summer day. There is a fireplace and a gas grill. Guest access Guests will have access to Pärnu River Villa directly from the gate at the end of Karukella Street, where cars can also be parked. Guests have access to a small house, its surroundings and a boat bridge. The boat bridge is for shared use with the host family. If you come with a moderate-sized cutter, you can put the cutter on the boat bridge.
