Villa with sauna on the banks of the Pärnu River

Pärnu Jõe Villa is located on the picturesque Pärnu River bank, which is a nice place to relax for families, couples, friends, enjoying a sauna, water in the Pärnu river and hot tub, and enjoying the view of the river while lying on a sunny terrace. In case of windy or rainy weather, the glazed deck will be protected from the unexpected. Pärnu beach and the heart of the city are 7 km away. There is secure parking for cars in the yard. You can also come with a dump. The space Pärnu Jõe Villa is a small, two-bedroom residential building that was completed in 2021. The residence (45 m2) is located in an open kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a shower toilet, a steam room and a glazed terrace (18 m2). One bedroom has a double bed 1.4m wide, the second bedroom has two beds of 80cm wide. The living room has a fold out couch for 2 people. Blankets, pillows, linens and towels are in the price for guests. Above the bedrooms there is a roof top stage where you can go by a pull-out staircase. In the kitchen there are basic tools for preparing food, dishes and glasses. There is also the necessary technique - refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Coffee beans, tea, sugar, cooking oil and salt and pepper are provided. There is air conditioning in the open plan kitchen-living room. There is a washing machine in the shower, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the shower. You will find a hair dryer and laundry pods in the closet. There is an electric heater and a view onto the river of Pärnu from the window in the disposal room. There is a hot tub with lighting and air bubbles under the window in the steam room, use of which is by agreement and for an extra fee. Extra charge of 80 eur per stay. Next to the residence is a rooftop area where it's nice to be in the shade on a hot summer day. There is a fire pit and gas grill. Guest access Guests will have access to Pärnu Jõe Villa from the gate directly at the end of Karukella Street, and cars can also be parked there. There is a small residential building, its surroundings and a boat dock for guests to use. The boat dock is for common use with the family. In case you are coming with a moderate size dump, you can put the launcher on the boat dock.
