NOTE: Due to the damaging king tides last winter, a cobblestone berm had been put in place by the city.  It does not inhibit your views or beach access, however passing over berm requires caution, as the cobblestone are unstable and may shift underfoot.  Use care while navigating to beach. This beautifully furnished, new 2-story home sleeps 6  and features 2 baths; the upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with TV and a balcony overlooking the beach; the first floor 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV; the 2nd floor loft has 2 twin xl adult size beds.  The kitchen is fully-equipped for the holidays, including gas range, the living room features a gas fireplace, and the home has WiFi internet and a full-size washer and dryer. Amenities Deck with hot tub, ocean view, fireplace, Smart TV's , free wi-fi internet with Netflix, kids game. Gas BBQ Grill,  EV Charger Level 1. Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of our properties.
