Directly across the street from the beach, Sandcastle is a great spot for your party of 6 to enjoy a relaxing get-away. Take a dip in the community pool after spending a day in the sand and surf. Take a stroll on the private soundside pier and view a gorgeous sunset that Navarre Beach is known for! This private townhome has balconies front and back. New furnishings, painting and flooring, (NO CARPETING!) Sandcastle #7 is decorated in a beachy theme. The living area has a sleeper sofa, there is dining for 4 in the great room and another 6 in the well equipped kitchen. There is also a full bath with tub/.shower combo on this main floor. Up one flight is the king-sized primary with a private balcony. Down the hall is a queen-sized bedroom, a full washer/dryer and the second full bath with tiled walk in shower. There is a gas grill on the ground floor, an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off and carport parking for 2 cars. Take a swim in the community pool (heated during the winter!). Walk to the private sound side beach and gazebo which belongs to the complex or across the street to restaurants, bars and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. No smoking is allowed in the home or on the balconies, minimum age to rent is 25 and the maximum occupancy is 6. This is a NON-PET friendly property
