This single-story home sits a few blocks from the center of Ocean Park, a small seaside town towards the north end of the Long Beach Peninsula. You'll be three-quarters of a mile from a public beach access point and just over a mile from Pacific Pines State Park, a 10-acre expanse of dune grasses and shore pines that's perfect for fishing, birding, shellfish harvesting, and walking on the beach at sunset. Stroll home from a glorious day at the beach to be greeted by ample space to relax outside - in the expansive yard, in cushioned seats on the back patio, or around the table on the deck. Bring out a good book, a board game, or a deck of cards and wait for the setting sun to illuminate the evening sky. The interior is decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style, beginning with a light-filled living room where you can curl up on the couch and stream movies on the smart TV. With a total of three smart TVs throughout the space, everyone can enjoy their favorite shows! The beautiful kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining area, perfect for gathering. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
