You can also get to know us and ask for information directly at our office. - Damage deposit: € 100.00 (the damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out by bank transfer) - Bed linen and towels: the property comes with no bed linen and towels. If you would like to get them during your stay, you can rent it at a cost of: €15 per person per week. - Check-in: we are available for check-in until 8pm; check-in between 8pm and 12pm will incur an extra cost of €20; from midnight onwards will cost an additional €40. - Check-out: the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed) - Pets are welcome at an extra cost of €50. - Rental contract: you will sign the rental contract for your holiday when you check in. - Tourist tax payment: the Comune di Porto Cesareo charges a tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable on entry into the property; the tax equates to €1 per day (in may, june and september), €1,50 (in july and august) per person and is applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. NOTE: there are some guests who are exempt from paying the tax, including: a) children under the age of 16; b) adults aged 70 and over.
