View of N Twin Lake, walking distance to restaurant & convenience store, close to Eagle River. Around the corner from boat landing with a small swimmable beach with picnic table & bench. Bring your boat, fishing poles, kayaks or snowmobiles for year round fun. N Twin Lake is famous for large Walleye, Musky, Bass & Panfish. Full rec lake. Boat rental available nearby. Fish cleaning station, kayaks/stand up paddleboard (seasonally) and coolers to use. Plenty of free parking with room for boat. The space The primary bedroom has a king bed with comfy Ralph Lauren pillows, 42” Smart TV and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 32" Smart TV. The third bedroom has a cozy twin bed (and blow up twin mattress) and a view of the lake. All beds and the pullout out couch have cozy sheets for your comfort. The living room has a 39” Smart TV and a pullout couch for an additional sleeping area. Eat in kitchen has a coffee cart and snack bar. There is a full size washer and dryer and an additional full bathroom near the back door. The screened in porch features a wood stove. Great place to relax, view the lake, play games or have coffee or cocktails. Also, a fire pit for s’mores on those summer nights. And pet friendly with bowls, dog run (rated to 35 lbs) and a bed. Pack ‘n play and high chair available for small two legged friends. There is a boot dryer and hooks conveniently located near wood stove to dry gear . Other things to note There is a convenience store/gas station within walking distance where you can buy live bait. As well as, a restaurant that boasts a beautiful view of the lake. Great pizza and fish fry! There are two kayaks and a stand up paddleboard and safety equipment for your use (liability waiver must be signed prior to use). Seasonally, there is a lighted fish cleaning station. There is a small beach near the boat launch which is 3 houses away. We have 2 life jackets for pets under 24 lbs. We are located on snowmobile/UTV/ATV trails. We would love to help you to celebrate any special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, engagements) so please let us know what we can do to help! Please note: we do not currently have access to a pier. Only the public boat launch but we have plenty of free parking space for boats/trailers. No fireworks allowed.
