The space The living areas consist of a kitchen equipped with an electric range cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for twenty guests, a sitting room with TV and a snug/games room. There are eleven bedrooms, consisting of a super-king-size, doubles and singles, serviced either by their own en-suites or the three bathrooms. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture, hot tub, gazebo, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and the Marine Lake, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.8 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved, small dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Marine House is a wonderful base for exploring Lancashire as a large group. Note: There are steps up into the property.
