A cozy and spacious house to spend unforgettable moments with family and friends. Kanpondoa Etxea's location is perfect for getting to know Navarre, as it is located no more than an hour away from the main tourist attractions: Irati, Roncesvalles, Foces de Lumbier and Arbaiun, Pamplona with its pintxos and monuments, Leyre Monastery, Javier Castle and spectacular natural enclaves of the Navarrese Pyrenees. The space Surrounded by a large outdoor garden, it has a porch with a barbecue and a recreation area with a table, chairs, and hammocks. On the ground floor, we have a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room, a bathroom with shower, and an office-laundry room. On the first floor, the house has two full bathrooms and four large double bedrooms (1 with a double bed, another with 3 with beds and 2 with 2 beds; there are 9 beds without the option of an extra bed, all of them with memory foam mattresses for the comfort of our guests), one of them has access to a terrace overlooking the municipal pools. Other things to note The villa of Aoiz has all the services you may need: a doctor's office, pharmacies, supermarkets, a sports complex with an outdoor and indoor pool, a spa and gym, bars and restaurants, some of them renowned where you can taste good Navarran cuisine. In the same town of Aoiz you can visit the old Roman bridge and the 15th century church with its baptismal font of polychrome cup. Just fifteen minutes from the house you can enjoy trekking and hiking routes as well as water sports or enjoy a day of rest with family and friends on Nagore's rainy beach in the Itoiz reservoir and bike lovers have direct access to the Eurovelo route Half an hour away, you can visit the famous village and Collegiate Church of Roncesvalles, taking advantage of the Irurrekaeta waterfall on the way, Saint Jean Pied de Port, Sorogain...
