Description

Completely SHARED PROPERTY HOUSE This place to stay is truly one of a kind. Tilton House was formerly the Assembly of God Church. It was renovated and turned into this massive vacation home. There are numerous rooms with a queen bed, nightstand, and lamp. Two sets of bath linens are in each room for guest use. There are two large shared bathrooms for guests in the same hall as the rooms. Your are responsible to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathrooms there is NO daily cleaning. During your stay Thru message or emergency # listed in manual Other things to note We do not supply food but have coffee and seasoning essentials. Guests tend to buy stuff and leave it so they do not waste money. Using the tap water for drinking is completely fine. The host is not available all night for text responses. Texts will be answered up till 8:30 pm. If it is an emergency my phone can be called ONLY if it is an emergency ( flood, fire or major issues that can't wait till morning). We live in a community where the internet is sometimes unstable due to weather. We only have one carrier so please be aware.
