Other amenities include 2 outdoor pools, tennis courts, outdoor basketball court, picnic, grilling areas & children's playground. The beach is in a nature preserve & bird sanctuary, offering a variety of wildlife to watch & connects directly to Hilton Head’s bike trails to The space I travel frequently and often prefer to stay at airbnb's. I want my guests to experience the same expectations I have when I am a guest. Fresh, comfortable & stylish w access to the pools, gym, trails & beach. Recently added a Samsung 65 inch HD Smart TV to the common space of the unit Guest access This unit is 2 flights up and does not have an elevator. You will have access to an indoor pool complex which includes a heated pool & hot tub, fitness room w large changing rooms, 2 outdoor pools, tennis courts, outdoor basketball court, picnic, grilling areas, a children's playground & an a natural beach on the Port Royal Sound. The building laundry area is 1 floor down and accepts credit cards or quarters. Other things to note Our intent is for our guests to have a relaxing & enjoyable stay.
