Completely SHARED PROPERTY HOUSE This place to stay is truly one of a kind. Tilton House was formerly the Assembly of God Church. It was renovated/turned into this massive vacation home. Several rooms with a queen bed, nightstand, and lamp. Two sets of bath linens are in each room for guest use. There are two large shared bathrooms for guests in the same hall as the rooms. You will be expected to clean up after yourself when using the kitchen and bathrooms. NO daily cleaning is provided. The space INDIVIDUAL ROOMS THAT HAVE SHARED BATHROOMS . THERE ARE BOARD GAMES AVAILABLE FOR ENTERTAINMENT ALONGSIDE MANY BOOKS. LARGE DINING ROOM WITH LARGE DINING TABLE KITCHEN HAS 2 SINKS FOR MULTIPLE GUEST USAGE. BACK YARD HAS A FIRE PIT WITH PRECUT FIREWOOD/KINDLING AND EATING AREA WITH A BBQ GRILL SIDE YARD FEATURES HORSESHOE PITS AND LAWN CHAIRS ON SITE FOR GUEST USE $25.00 cleaning fee is charged at booking Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas. Other things to note Reminder other than one king size room the remainder of the rooms are sharing 2 large bathrooms and 2 half baths. We do not supply food but have coffee and seasoning essentials. Guests tend to buy stuff and leave it so they do not waste money. Using the tap water for drinking is completely fine. The host is not available all night for text responses. Texts will be answered up till 8:30 pm. If it is an emergency my phone can be called ONLY if it is an emergency ( flood, fire or major issues that can't wait till morning). We live in a community where the internet is sometimes unstable due to weather. We only have one carrier so please be aware.
