Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. The space This newly renovated, welcoming condo features an open floorplan with 965 square feet of living space. Conveniently located on the ground level, you’ll enjoy large glass doors that open up onto a private patio with scenic tree and mountain views. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this condo an easy choice for families or friends traveling together! Welcome to your home away from home at Timberline! As you step into this inviting condo, a warm and welcoming living room beckons, designed to foster quality time together. The contemporary aesthetic is enhanced by thoughtful arrangements, featuring a stylish sofa, trendy coffee table, and newly installed hardwood floors that set the tone for modern comfort. Whether you're sipping steaming beverages by the cozy gas fireplace or crafting homemade cocktails at the well-appointed bar nook post-skiing, each moment promises relaxation and indulgence. Elevate your evening into a delightful and entertaining affair by setting up a board game, creating the perfect ambiance for laughter, camaraderie, and hours of enjoyment. For those who prefer staying connected and entertained, a wall-mounted TV in the living room awaits. The mirrored wall behind the couch allows scenic landscape views to filter in, and the exterior patio provides an additional space for lounging during warmer weather. When hunger strikes, the recently upgraded kitchen within this seamless floorplan is easily accessible. Complete with full-sized stainless steel appliances, cookware, tableware, and a dishwasher for effortless cleanup, the spacious kitchen island serves as both a meal prep area and a dining space. Retreat to the comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a plush king bed, dresser, nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. Conveniently located across the hall is the second bathroom, equipped with a glass and tile shower and tub combination, ensuring both comfort and convenience for all guests. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
