Easy 1 mile walk or bike ride to Pearl Street and 0.6 miles to Whole foods market and a number of restaurants, bagels, coffee. Right next to the North Boulder Rec Center! One mile west of the house is the Sanitas trailhead with many other trails and mountain access nearby! It is Boulder at its best! Large deck off of the main floor with grill to enjoy the Boulder evenings. Kids love to tube the ditch or just hang your feet off of the bridge in the cold water. Deer love to hang out in the yard. The gardens have wonderful walking paths to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We are a member of the Growing Gardens community supported agriculture with the organic vegetables grown right next door! The lower level includes the fourth bedroom with a full-sized bed, as well as a family room with gym and bumper pool table.
