Large covered deck for alfresco BBQing, dining, and lounging/relaxing. Also a separate outdoor dining area at the front of the property. Large fully stocked kitchen. Large kitchen bench with stool seating so preparing and cooking meals is a pleasure while you can look out and see the water and wildlife. All bedrooms are generously proportioned and all open onto the upstairs covered balcony. The bedrooms are all located on the top floor. The main bedroom has a walk-in robe, ensuite, and a deep bathtub to soak in and enjoy the water views. Direct access to the water from the beautiful spotted gum staircase running off the deck. Guest access Guests have full private access to the property including private access to the waterfront Other things to note Please note you do not require a national parks pass for your vehicle when you park in Maianbar and Bundeena. If you plan to visit and park at the many beaches and hiking trails throughout the Royal National Park you will need to purchase a Parks Pass online or at a toll booth within the Park.
