The space Villa Eugenia is laid out on two floors and a semi basement. It offers four spacious bedrooms, three on the first floor, with breathtaking sea view, including a master suite with a sunlit dressing room that can accommodate an infant. Th e other two bedrooms share a vast bathroom. The ground floor bedroom, with ensuite bathroom offers scenic views of the orange grove and the captivating red rocks. All bedrooms have air conditioning and are equipped with brand new (2023) beds, mattresses and high quality linen. The inviting living room has a cozy fireplace a smart TV and a versatile table for work or games. The adjacent dining room is airconditiones and sits 12 people comfortably. The large kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances and has an outdoor gas BBQ. Next to the entrance, , a changing room with 2 showers and a guest WC provide a space to freshen up and stay sand free after the beach. There are several outdoor areas and verandas for relaxing, reading, dining. The main ground floor terrace has ceiling fans. An orange grove and a vegetable garden dominate the largest part of the 3.286 sq.m. plot and offer to guests delicious organic fruits and vegetables when in season. In the garrage there is a socked for electric car Guest access Guests have full access to the house except basement bedrooms, storage and utility rooms. The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons, including infants or children. It has 2 extra bedrooms in the semi basement but we keep the number of guests to 8 in order to serve them better. A baby/infant can sleep in the sunlit dressing room that is separated from the master with a door. It has a balcony, a child bed or a cot. Other things to note Our housekeeper, who lives in a separate small house at the end of the garden, keeps the house clean and well maintained. For stays longer than 5 days, bed sheets are changed once per week, bathroom and beach towels after the 4th night. Please help her keep the villa safe and clean.
