This unique place guarantees you peace and quiet, a real disconnection! Located not far from Sancerre, Gien, Briare and its canal bridge, Guédelon (40 km)… Cozy chalet, covered terrace with gas BBQ... Everything for a pleasant stay in the heart of nature. NO KILL fishing is allowed. The space Small rooms of about 8 m2, small bathroom 6 m2, small toilet, open-plan kitchen overlooking the small living room! Very cozy. The rooms are small but comfortable… Guest access The 4-hectare property is completely enclosed, not overlooked and is available to the traveler, while respecting nature. Small path to reach this almost lost place 😉 Other things to note The chalet is about 40 m2! The covered terrace is about 30 m2. The rooms are small, but the outdoor space is very large and exotic! Our rental is more focused on the outdoors, for those who need to recharge alone, with family, as a couple or with friends… ☺️ Fishing is allowed there – pike, carp, tench, roach, etc. – but CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY! Boat available. And also, above all, relaxation 😉
