The space This light & bright cottage is full of charm! 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, full kitchen with all you need to create a tasty meal! The living room gives you additional sleeping options with a convertible sofa and chair. Add on a full bath & shower, plus washer & dryer- you have everything you need for a Suite stay on Main St! There are 4 other adjoining properties available for rent: Paschal Fish, Cardinal, Wakarusa and Bluejacket Suites - providing accommodations for up to 24 people in total! Use the cottage as your main meeting space & host a family reunion or team planning session- all with your own private sleeping quarters! Guest access This is a standalone house. You'll have a private front & back entrance to the cottage with a dedicated parking space for one car in front and one in back. Additional free parking is available on the street. You have a private deck. There are other shared outdoor spaces off the parking lot, including a firepit that can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please do not leave the fire unattended. This is an older home with all the charm and unique qualities that go with it. Appliances, HVAC and plumbing have all been updated, however, the basement is old style cellar and locked off. Access is not available for guests.
