You'll have a private front & back entrance to the cottage with a dedicated parking space for one car in front and one in back. Additional free parking is available on the street. You have a private deck. There are other shared outdoor spaces off the parking lot, including a firepit that can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please do not leave the fire unattended. This is an older home with all the charm and unique qualities that go with it. Appliances, HVAC and plumbing have all been updated, however, the basement is old style cellar and locked off.
