Welcome to our country house, nestled in the middle of the fields, in the Haut-Doubs. Here, the calm, space and open landscapes immediately invite you to relax and disconnect. Surrounded by nature, the house offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The space The cottage consists of: On the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle, open to a spacious dining room that can accommodate about twenty guests 🍽️ Large sheltered terrace accessible from the living room, with garden furniture for your meals and moments of relaxation 🌞 Separate living room with TV, several sofas including a sofa bed (2 extra beds) 🛋️ Bathroom with walk-in shower 🚿 Separate toilet 🚻 Upstairs: 5 spacious bedrooms, each with 2 90 cm beds, one equipped with a baby bed 🛏️ Bathroom with walk-in shower Separate toilet Outside: Adjacent land with swing, petanque court and green space to enjoy nature 🌿 ✨ Ideal for stays with family or friends, this gîte offers comfort, space and many activities, surrounded by nature. Guest access Ideal base for exploring the Haut-Doubs, the house makes it easy to discover the Saut du Doubs, the lakes, forests, viewpoints and typical villages of the region. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the many opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and walks, while the curious can also visit must-see cultural sites such as the Watch Museum or the Comtoise Farm, not to mention local specialties. The house is rented in its entirety. It's a very quiet place. The owner does not live on the premises. A garage can be provided for bicycles, motorcycles, backpacks, etc. Other things to note Many remarkable tourist sites are located a few km from the cottage such as Le Saut de Doubs, Le Barrage du Châtelot, ladders of death or the gazebos of the Doubs pools (see photos in the listing). Our cottage is in free management. We ask that you bring your top sheets, bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, dish linens. Nevertheless, we offer a bed linen and towels package on request, it amounts to 13 euros/person. The cottage must be left clean at check-out. All cleaning products and equipment are provided. Nevertheless, if you do not wish to clean, we offer a cleaning fee of 100 euros. No animals allowed in our accommodations.
