This historic home was once owned by Al Capone's attorney, "Easy Eddie" from the 1930's. The 4,000 sq. ft. home has 3 levels & 3.5 baths. As there is no beach access due to the height of the cliff, it is only a short 3 mile drive to St. Joseph's city center & beach while Rocky Glen Park & Haggar Beach are also in close proximity. It is filled with decorum from around the world, including a Chinese bed from Shanghai. There is an upper deck off the master bedroom and a surround deck on the main level with dining arrangements for 8 to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need.
