Located near the village, hiking trails, Jones Farm, Hudson River, Woodbury Commons, West Point and more. The studio is ground level with a private entrance. The kitchenette incudes a convection toaster oven, a hot plate cooktop with pots/pans, light kitchenware, coffee maker, & fridge. Also provided: TV, Roku stick, Wi-Fi, AC/electric heat. (No cable) This is our home. The use of illicit drugs, smoking and excessive alcohol is prohibited. We live here with kids/dogs so you may hear us moving The space Check in is 2 pm until 9 pm Check out is by 11 am. The property is located on 2 acres on the mountain side. Guests will have their own labeled parking spot at the top of the driveway. They will be able to turn around at the top, rather than backing down. The guest space is a small studio with one queen bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, small living space with a couch and a flat screen, as well as a bar/table for working or eating. This is our family home in which we reside with two dogs and young children. You should expect the possibility of seeing or hearing us, although we will make every attempt to make your stay relaxing, quiet and enjoyable. Our dogs, Callie and Bosley are friendly towards people and roam the property. They are not friendly with other animals so please be aware if you plan to come with a SA or ESA. Important to note: We live on a steep road with a steep driveway. Conditions in wintertime can be dangerous and icy. We snowblow our driveway in the morning before work and when we get home from work around 5 as needed. Guest access Guests have a private entrance on the left side of the house. Guests will be given a secure key code to access the studio. Other things to note We completely understand and respect the right to travel with a certified service animal or ESA. Our dogs are friendly with people but can be reactive toward unfamiliar dogs. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we want to be transparent about this in advance so you can make an informed decision about your stay.
