Historic Barco Cottage is across the sound from the Currituck Lighthouse in the quaint area of Coinjock known to the locals as Church's Island. This tiny village is brimming with Currituck History and is about 40 minutes from the Outer Banks, Elizabeth City, and Virginia Beach. Bring your dog, boat, and kayak and enjoy a tranquil morning in the hammock overlooking the sound or head to the OBX for a beach day (parking pass included). This charming cottage is newly renovated and refurnished. The space Two bedrooms w/queens (with Smart TV), sitting room with sleeper sofa (with Smart TV). Sheets provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast nook for dining. Spacious den with lots of seating overlooking the sound. Smart TV's & wifi. Washer & dryer. Large screened in porch with comfortable seating! Guest access Lock box Other things to note Bed and bath linens included. Dogs welcome with fee $100 per dog. (2 dog max) please clean up after pets! *no cats CHECK-IN 4pm CHECK-OUT-10am **lease holder has to be 24+ and staying at property during lease dates *checkin early (1pm) or late departure (noon) may be available upon request. If the change can be made, an additional $75 fee will be added and request paid upon receipt.
