Thrill-seekers can dive into Kiteboarding or bring your Boat with Sound access and boat ramp that's private to the subdivision. You can also enjoy Surfing & Fishing from anywhere. Unforgettable sunsets await. The space The home was mostly remodeled in 2023 with new LVP flooring throughout the second and third floor, new furniture, new beds, new granite countertops, new appliances and new ductwork for the first and second floor. Guest access Home is equipped with a smart lock. Guest will receive a code two two hours prior to check-in. Other things to note Our goal is to take stress out of planning.
