No loud music, parties, or gatherings outside past 10 PM, and this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest of disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND. Absolutely NO firework are allowed and the penalty is $1,000 for the violation and we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND. Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be charged $25 dollars per night, for each additional guest. By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
