Imagine sitting on the balcony in the morning with your coffee or tea, heading up to a private rooftop balcony in the afternoon as the sun goes down. Everything you need is steps away. You can easily walk to restaurants and the boardwalk. High Season is SAT-SAT check-in. 1 Parking spot guaranteed. The space This is one of the best places to stay in Carolina beach. Right on the beach. Amazing views. Everything you need is just steps away. The best unit in the building (top floor, end unit with your own rooftop balcony). Our building has a pool for guests to use during your stay. There is a key fob for access to the pool. Please be careful to not lose the key fob and place it in the bowl at the entry way before you leave. Key Fob replacement costs $25. **** Please note we do provide beach chairs, towels, toys and surf boards. Prior guests have unfortunately broke many umbrellas this season. Guest access You will have full access to our luxury three-bedroom condo, outdoor beach storage closet, elevator, private balcony off the living area and master bedroom along with a private rooftop balcony. There is only 1 spot guaranteed under the unit. Be sure to add your phone number to your parking tag. There is a paid parking lot nearby for additional cars. Other things to note We love our condo so much that we frequently stay there. You will find 2 locked owners closet in the unit along with a few owners signs on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinets. Please don't use owner's items during your stay. There is plenty of space to put any items that you may bring and we hope that you love our condo as much as we do. Also we leave condiments in our fridge for guests who want to use them. Please NOTE we don't provide toilet paper. It is listed under the essentials list We do encourage our cleaning crew to leave out one roll in each bathroom for our guests as a starter pack. Bed linens and shower towels, hand towels, face cloths and 4 beach towels are provided.
