Only 25 mins outside of downtown Austin, enjoy your well deserved getaway! Stay in our Casita for a cozy, clean, and peaceful experience. This studio offers a Tuft & Needle Cali King bed. It also has a rain shower w/ soft water, a spout w/ reverse osmosis drinking water, fast wifi, Netflix, & a w/d. Your morning coffee will be accompanied by the flip out kitchen window for a nice breeze and picturesque views. Enjoy the peace and sounds of the streaming fountain from the pool as you recharge. Other things to note Additional rules PROPERTY: 1. Gates must remain closed at all times since there is a small dog on the property. 2. No smoking allowed in the Casita or on the premises. CASITA: 1. Shoes must be removed before entering the Casita. 2. No Pets are Allowed. 3. Maximum guests: 2 adults + 1 child 4. Level 2 (30 amp) EV charger available. Works with all J1772 plugs (EV-industry standard). POOL: 1. Pool use will cost an additional $30 per day per person. 2. Pool use waiver must be filled out before arriving on the property. 3. Guests must use the outdoor shower to rinse before pool use. 4. No food or drinks are allowed in the pool. 5. NO glass containers are permitted near the pool. If any glass is found during or after your stay, it is a $1,000 fine. 6. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. 7. Guests not staying on property are not permitted to swim.
