Quiet, comfy and close to the CBD. If you're coming to Brisbane to visit the City, QPAC or Southbank Parklands, then our place will suit you perfectly. Just 6 km to the city, it is a quick drive or better still, the express bus will have you in town in around 15 minutes. If you're visiting for pleasure, the freeway will have you at the Gold or Sunshine Coasts easily while Holland Park is in a central location to get you around Brisbane. The space The Guest House is a perfect space for a private short stay with all the accomodations of privacy, bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning, entertainment and eloquent styling. The only shared space that you may need to request is the BBQ. Guest access The Guest House is located at the rear of the property and has easy access from the left without the need to access the main house internally. So come and go as you please. The Guest House has its own private garden and outdoor area. Other things to note My wife and I don’t recommend our place for longer stays without a car due to the inconvenience of a supermarket that is not within walking distance. Coles is a five minute drive from our place. For short stays a car isn’t required as there are plenty of restaurants and a general store 800 metres walk. Public transportation is absolutely accessible from all directions.
