Owners live on adjacent property and work in the garage studio. *Please note: our cat lives in this house with us in the winter. 8 guests max, NO SMOKING, NO PETS The space This is a beautiful, local artist owned home built on a ridge within an oak knoll. The yard offers space to run and play, stretch out your water sport equipment and to watch wildlife pass through. The screened porch is a perfect place for morning coffee or yoga and listening to the birds. Filled with original artwork and an eclectic mix of antique, vintage, handmade and new furnishings, our home is not your typical beach rental. The owner has a private pottery studio with separate entry on the ground floor (kilns in separate building). Guest access You will have private access to the entire home with the exception of a 5th bedroom that is used as a locked owner's closet and the ground floor garage which serves as the owner's private pottery studio. Guests will have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, utility room, 2 1/2 bathrooms, four bedrooms and the tower plus screened porch and porches. Shared access to the yard. Owner periodically parks in the driveway to load and unload pottery and materials. She typically walks to work from her summer home next door. Other things to note This is our personal home and we are so happy to share it with you. Please note that the owner lives on an adjacent property and works from the pottery studio down stairs.
