Located less than 20 min from the Rock Hill Sport Complex, and just 30 miles from uptown Charlotte. Book your stay, which allows you to easily explore the vibrant city life, and entertainment options while still enjoying the tranquility of our farmhouse retreat. The space Enjoy our newly remodeled, quiet two-story, home with rocking chairs on a southern front porch, and a cozy screened in back porch with french doors, located off the living room and master suite. Enjoy your meals on the farmhouse patio table, under the string lights. Walk through the garden and enjoy picking your own herbs and berries in season. In the evening, lounge in the adirondacks around the cozy fire pit. Or, grill your own meat on the fire-pit grate. Firewood is provided as well as fire starters located in bin beside the stacked wood. Back inside, our newly remodeled farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, gas cook-top, toaster oven/air fryer, dishwasher, dishes, and mostly anything else you may need to prepare your meals. Cuisinart drip coffee maker and filters provided. All water is filtered through a whole house water-filtration system. Both TV's are equipped with ROKU. Bonus loft includes foosball, 2nd living room, and a work space including direct ethernet connection, with monitor to plug laptop in, and standup desk with drafting chair. Wood floors throughout. Rooms are large and spacious, with great natural lighting. All mattresses are newer, with encapsulation cover and linens included. Towels are provided. We are unable to accommodate any animals (including service and emotional support) and are exempt from doing so, because a family member has severe allergies. No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
