Prime location just minutes from downtown Granville & Denison University; enjoy exploring hiking trails, shopping & dining in town. 20 Min from the Columbus Airport and around the corner from Middleton and Otterbien. The space 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has a top rated King bed, closet and desk. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin top rated beds and a closet. Perfect kitchen and living space with natural light and beautiful views of the surrounding woods, however, you are not so isolated that you can't easily get to the highway. (So there is traffic noise. We provide fans and sound machines in each bedroom if you prefer not to hear it) You can also enjoy some outside living with the fire-pit and groomed wooded paths. *Standard Coffee maker & stocked kitchen. *We also provide all the kitchen & bath linens, doTERRA dish & hand soap, dishwasher liquid, laundry soap, shampoo, Conditioner and shower gel. Toilet paper and paper towels to get you started as well has ground coffee and filters. We have a double stacked washer and dryer in the space also. Pack and play and kids toys are also supplied in the bedroom closet. The TV is a smart device and you can login and use any of your own personal streaming programs.
