Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Statesboro that boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a very comfy sofa bed. The home is situated just outside of town but it's within a couple mins of Georgia Southern campus & golf course, Paulson Stadium, Tormenta Soccer Field, Bulloch County Agriculture Complex, Ogeechee Technical College, and only about 10 mins from Splash in the Boro Waterpark. The home is located on a quiet cul de sac. *NO PARTIES OR EVENTS AND NO SMOKING PLEASE* The space With 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, everyone has their privacy. Walk in closets in every room as well as a full bath in each as an Ensuite. 4 couples could easily stay here and there a sofa bed if more space is needed. There's a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer for your convenience. There's a concrete patio out back with a grill, rocking chairs and a dining table and chairs. The front porch has a quaint bistro set and 2 rockers for morning coffee. **NO PARTIES OR EVENTS PLEASE** Guest access There is a pool that is about a 2 min drive. Typically, it's quiet but this is a college town! Towels are provided in the laundry room and a few chairs are located in the storage cabinet out back as well. I just ask that they be returned to the home when you leave the pool or there is an extra charge. Other things to note The wifi Password will be hanging up for you near the living room. If you can't find it, the wifi is Laidback Living and the password is Laidback1
