🏡 Welcome to the Studio du Coutach in Quissac Come and discover our charming 25 m² studio, nestled at the foot of the Coutach, close to the center of Quissac. Perfect for a getaway, it offers comfort, privacy and a completely private exterior. The space 🌳 A cozy space with a private garden * Studio of 25 sqm fully equipped offering you everything you need to travel light. * 100m2 fully fenced garden (with high fences for the safety of your dogs) * Independent accommodation: even if the studio is adjoining our house, you have your own space without vis-à-vis. The accommodation, entrance and garden are completely private. We have no common areas. We do our best to be discreet. We'll give you as much privacy as possible. On the other hand, if you would like to connect with us or you need anything we will be happy to help. 🛋️ The accommodation includes: Lounge area * Clic-clac 140x200 with mattress topper for extra comfort (bed linen provided in the dressing room). * Smart TV: +200 free channels, Netflix, YouTube… * Entrance furniture with activities for young and old (coloring, card games, dinettes...) * Welcome booklet with all the practical information, tips and ideas for activities - Furnished kitchen * Dining table for 4 people (booster available for free upon request for children) * Microwave (oven+microwave) * Baking sheet * Fridge * Senseo pods * Dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils (you will find everything you need to cook) * Oil, salt, pepper, spices… * Tea, coffee, sugar * Cleaning products (sponge, towel, dishwashing liquid...) Bathroom * Shower (towels are provided) * Restroom * Washing machine available (kitchen lever laundry detergent) * You will find the toiletries: shower gel, shampoo, cotton, cotton swab, PQ, hair dryer. Night Space * Cozy sleeping area with 140x200 double bed and roller shutters (bed linen provided). This space is separated from the living room by a wooden partition, which makes it possible to delimit the bedroom area while reminding that it is not a real closed room with a door. A sofa bed (clic-clac) in the living room can accommodate up to 2 additional people. As the space remains a studio, privacy is shared between spaces. * Umbrella bed + mattress + baby sheets available for free upon request) * Large dressing room with hanger. 🌞 An outdoor area ideal for relaxing * Shaded garden of 100m2 * Large outdoor table! * Transat * Free parking right in front of the property. This is a very large parking lot or there are never any vehicles parked. Raclette, fondue and electric plancha 📍 Practical info * Self check-in from 4pm and check-out at 10am (instructions sent after booking). Which offers you the possibility to check in even late at night without any problem! * Regarding cleaning, we do not charge any fees on the platforms. We kindly ask you to leave us the home in the same condition as you found it. Otherwise we charge €30 for cleaning. * Quissac center 10 minutes walk with many shops: bakery, florist, butcher, en primeur ... * Intermarche 2 minutes away * New Quissac municipal swimming pool (open in 2024) Cities to visit: * 🌿City of Sauve: Nestled at the foot of the Coutach, this characterful village mixes cobblestone streets, art galleries and wild nature, with a timeless atmosphere to enjoy without moderation.
