Kozy Kottage on Pushaw Lake

Enjoy this 2-story cottage on Pushaw Lake, Maine. This location is perfect for a couple looking to get away or a family looking to make memories. This location offers a terrific spring, summer, and fall experience for kayaking, fishing, swimming, boating, or relaxing. A grill and WIFI are a few of many amenities. The grass yard takes you from the back porch to the dock and waterfront. The lakefront is available exclusively for your enjoyment. This includes kayaks, SUP, and canoe. The space This is a great two bedroom cottage with outside seating and dining area. There is a BBQ grill available. The private entrance in the front of the cottage on the first floor will take you to the living area and kitchen and bathroom along with a flat screen TV, with Roku player, as well as a first floor bedroom with a double bed with linens and pillows provided. The fully stocked kitchen contains pots, pans, utensils, and other amenities. You will find complimentary spices and cooking oils. The cottage has a cozy camp feel with a lovely view of the lake. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the yard, dock, or upstairs loft area. Bedding, beach, and bath towels supplied. Please bring your own shower supplies and food. There is a heat pump for use inside the cottage that provides heat and A/C. The flat screen TV has a DVD player and Roku to use if you have a Roku account. **Dock to be taken out in October and put back in after Memorial Day** **Pack & Play available upon request Guest access Please park in the private driveway in front of the cottage (room for 1 vehicle and separate arrangements can be made for a 2nd) and follow the path with solar lighting from driveway cottage entrance. There is a lock box to the left of the front door. Code will be provided prior to your arrival. You can leave the key inside the cottage on the table when you leave. Cell phone reception is excellent. Other things to note We require a 3 night minimum stay. There is no smoking of anything inside or outside. Doing so will affect your security deposit. No pets are allowed. Check out is at 10:00 am.
