You can park for free in front of the house, as the apartment is located on the perfectly separated and soundproofed top floor of a large two-apartment villa. We are 5 minutes from lakes ( wakeboard, flyboard, jetpack, slider ), beaches, boathouses (kayak, canoe, sup rental ), tennis-and squash courts, yacht club ( organised tours ), gyms.. Next to us, on the beautifully landscaped dam there are playgrounds, sandy beachvolleyball court, basketball court, football field, ping pong tables; fitness field with sports equipment; fireplaces with tables, benches, drinking water wells, pedestrian street without car traffic. Next to the apartment along the riverbank there is the bike path, that goes to the city centre ( South ) and North to Szentendre, Visegrád and the Danube Bend. There are cheaper ones, more expensive ones, more famous ones, indoor and outdoor ones, one, where you can bath at night too....and all of them have 36-39C - degree thermal water, officially declared as medicinal water.
