Great Sauble Beach location. Completely renovated 2 bedroom cottage. Two blocks from the beach , main street shops and attractions. Cottage contains 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Gas fireplace and ductless air conditioning. Backyard deck with patio furniture, BBQ and fire pit. Lots of great events in Sauble Beach during the summer months. Sauble Beach is at the edge of the Bruce Pennisula and less than one hour to Tobermory. The space Backyard deck, BBQ and firepit. Parking for two vehicles. Guest access The cottage is located on a shared entrance to the property. Other things to note Guests are to bring bed sheets, bath and hand towels. We do provide duvets, pillows and pillow cases. Kitchen includes basic essentials and appliances including microwave, toaster, kettle, keurig coffee maker and standard coffee machine. If you have a question on specific items please let us know. There is a wagon and sand toys in the back yard you are welcome to take to the beach.
