Guest access Guests will receive check-in guidelines containing details about the lockbox location and the distinctive code assigned for apartment access. Other things to note CHECK-IN TIME - from 3 pm onwards. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 10 am. - Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed overnight. - Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am. RATE INCLUDES - Pool - Gym - Bed linen and bath towels - Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. - Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. - Please note only starting amenities are supplied. Air conditioning is not working as of the moment, but will be fixed on Feb 26th. We will refund 40% to the base price if booking is made within this time frame (Feb 20th-26th, 2026).
