We have a cozy garden bar for evening relaxation, unwind & listen to your favorite music. The bldg. is a 2 storey villa fully furnished with a huge garden & parking space. The whole property is secured with gate & fully fenced. Total accommodation area is 340 sq meters. The ground floor consist of a very huge living room with a billiard table & a front terrace which can accommodate up to 17 pax. Attached dining space, kitchenette & fully equipped kitchen. * 1 standard split type aircondition room. Private toilet & bathroom with hot & cold shower. 1st Floor *1 king room with private terrace, split type airconditioning. Big & modern private toilet & bath, hot & cold shower. *1 standard room with split type airconditioning. terrace & shared bathroom with hot & cold shower. *1 small room split type airconditioning, shared bathroom with hot & cold shower. We have an amazing back terrace with roof, where you can unwind and enjoy the view of our back garden & various kinds of fruit-bearing trees. Our back terrace has a seating capacity of about 17 persons. Our villa is very near to small stores and to open market. In case you need fresh fish, vegetables, bread, wines and other daily needs. If you are more than 12 persons, then my private room will be used to fit up to 17 persons. We are near to city’s tourist attraction & important place to visit such as: *1 km to the sea ideal to have a walk & get some fresh sea breeze. * 6 km to Puerto Princesa international airport. *3 km to the Robinson mall * 6 km to the Baywalk & SM mall *2 km to BM beach * 3 km to Honda Bay * 17 km to Nagtabon beach * 2 km to butterfly garden & tribal village. * 3 km to Balayong park Guest access The whole house ; living room with billiard table, dining room, kitchen, front balcony , back terrace, and our garden bar are all yours to enjoy. Other things to note For guests staying on the first floor, please select the WIFI name with 'EXT' for a stronger signal. We have a standby generator capable to run 3 aircon rooms & home appliances in case of power interruption. We charge 300 pesos per day for utility bill. We have 1 new scooter for rent for house guests only @ 500 pesos per day. Laundry service is 250 pesos per load inclusion detergent soap & fabric freshener.
