As with any traditional Biscuit Box the bedrooms are upstairs. In winter studded tires are needed. The space The 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The steps like a traditional biscuit box house are steep,and the bathroom is downstairs on the main level. With winter weather coming The Cozy Sunset is on a hill. It is recommended that a car with 4 studded winter tires or a 4 wheel drive truck be used in order to get up to the main road. Other things to note Winter tires with studs recommended as the home is on a hill. As with every traditional biscuit box house in Newfoundland the stairs are steeper then normal and you may have to duck. They are comfortable for many as most enjoy the charm this adds.
