Located near the famous Grand Park Sports Campus, you'll find this large and inviting house equipped with all you need to keep your group entertained. In the heart of Sheridan, this rare find is sure to exceed your expectations with all the space (& amenities) you'll need for your short or long-term stay. Skip the hotel hassle and make your way to our comfy location. Host a movie night, shoot some indoor hoops, or chill out on the patio; we've got options for you! Our home is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. In regards to sleeping arrangements, we have 23 twin beds, 4 full-size beds, 1 queen bed, 1 futon, and 2 couches (if necessary.) In the game area are TVs, an indoor basketball hoop, an indoor ping pong table, and wall tic-tac-toe. Guests have access to a full kitchen with lots of counter space for preparing meals for your group. A full-size washer and dryer are also available to our guests during their stay. Should anyone need a designated working space/area, please feel free to utilize the table and chairs within the game room area. This space is perfect for a team or large group coming in for tournaments or games hosted by Grand Park Sports Campus. Sleeping about a total of 30 people, you're in the perfect location to make your commute to and from the campus, making time to relax between sessions a breeze. Guests have access to all things mentioned above. Front yard and the garage are also accessible to our guests. The back deck, back yard and driveway to the left of the house is not accessible to our guests, please refrain from utilizing this space. This is reserved for our guests in Unit B. Our location is surrounded by plenty of delectable food options for you to try such as True Texan BBQ, Woody’s Pizza, Mad Max Smokehouse, and a list of other places you’ll enjoy. Convenience stores and gas stations in the area include Dollar General, Speedway, Valero, and GetGo Café and Market, all within walking distance of our home. If you want to take a quick stroll, you can stop by Veterans Park during the daytime. While you’re out, feel free to take some time to visit Sheridan Community Center or Sheridan Public Library. For medical needs, you can visit Sheridan Family Medicine (though, we still recommend you call 911 in case of emergency.) If you’re in need of transportation and would prefer to rent a vehicle, the closest rental car place is Enterprise in Westfield, IN. You can contact them for availability between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. Rideshare services, such as Uber and Lyft, are also available. Several food locations are within short walking distances from our home as well. If you choose to use any of the outdoor spaces at any time, please keep noise levels to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors (see quiet hours.) There is a 2-pet minimum, per booking. An additional fee of $275 per animal will be administered. Please see the house manual for more details.
