Our accommodation located in Paralia Katerinis on a commercial pedestrian street. The beach is only 25 meters away and has seaview. It's about 300 meters from the center (church) of the village and 200 meters from the fishing shelter. The public parking area is just 50 meters away. During the summer there's a grocery store on the ground floor of the building and a bakery right across the street. It's on the first floor of the building. Please note that there's no elevator at the building. Other things to note A/C is included in the price. Central heating is not used. Registration details 1117501
