Cozy Cabin on wooded 1/2 acre, pet friendly

This lovely cozy cabin, is nicely secluded on a beautiful wooded 1/2 acre w/ all the comforts of home and close to everything! The property is fully fenced. Sleep in a real log bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, all you need to bring is food and drink. There is a BBQ (available seasonally), wifi, Roku TV, gas fireplace in kitchen and games and books for your enjoyment. The cabin is 2 miles to the lake and 4 miles to Heavenly. There is no longer a hot tub on the property. The space The cabin sits back on half acre, fully fenced, great for pets. Perfect for four people. Star gaze from the front or back deck. Close to biking and hiking trails. Walk to great restaurants and close to the Y for all your shopping needs. The maximum occupancy does not include young children. No smoking is allowed in the cabin. We no longer have a hot tub on the property. Many of the reviews mention a hot tub but it was damaged by a tree branch and removed. So sorry. The on site welcome booklet should give you all the info. you need to have a wonderful time. But if you need anything else please reach out. Guest access There is a lockbox on the front deck under the bear light that can be accessed 24 hrs. Once the reservation is complete you will be sent the code. Guests have access to the entire house (except for two locked linen cabinets) and the full half acre. There are outdoor security cameras and a noise monitor as required by South Lake Tahoe ordinance for you safety. Other things to note South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance: Once you book, you will be asked to sign a SLT required rental agreement, that specifies house rules, quiet time and trash handling. The cabin was not used as a vacation rental from 2021 until winter 2025, thus no current reviews.
