A large island seats 3. This level also includes a laundry room 🧺, half bath, and a bedroom with a queen bed 🛏️. The Second Level has three bedrooms 🛏️ 🛏️ 🛏️: two King bedrooms with Smart TVs 📺 (one with an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub 🛁 and stand-alone shower 🚿), and a family bedroom with a full bed, twin bunk, twin trundle, and pack & play 🧸. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, or any other type), we will immediately notify you and file a claim with Airbnb. We have a family member who is allergic to smoke so please respect our home. Critters and pests: Our house is located in the very woodsy Adirondack Park and this means proximity to wildlife. Occasionally outdoor pests do find their way indoors. We have a regular pest spraying service and we are rigid about cleanliness but sometimes a ladybug or ant will turn up. We have plenty of bug sprays in the kitchen or you can help that little bug right back outside.
