Traveling with small kids and want to live in a quiet Reykjavik neighborhood but still close to the city center? Then this might be the place for you. We are a family of 4, with two boys aged 2 and 4. Most of the time this is our home and we love it here. But when we're not in Reykjavík we make it available for rent. We renovated all the interiors in the summer of 2022, including kitchen and bathroom. Had we mentioned the balcony? It's huge. And sunny (when there is sun in Reykjavik). The space 4 bedroom, 126 square meters newly renovated apartment with two balconies. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a balcony for the evening sun. The second bedroom is our boys rooms (4 year old), with a 70x160 cm bed and loads of age appropriate toys. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The living room, kitchen and dining area all flow together and open up to a large balcony. On sunny summer days that balcony gets nice and toasty. And in winter we are fortunate to not have much light pollution around us so we sometimes get a glorious aurora borealis exhibition right from our balcony. Registration details HG-00017073
